Day 4-6 major activities:
 
 





1.     Packing of spices and stuck labels on the pouches for all variants so that it could be sold.
2.     Water pond
We provided information regarding water pond scheme to the villagers. It costs around Rs 90000. Out of that Rs 50000 will be paid by government itself and remaining amount is to be paid by the perspective farmer
3.     Collected information regarding barcode
To get barcode vat registration is required. The registration fee for vat registration is Rs 5000 and the security deposit is Rs 25000. After that he has to pay 3% tax for up to sales of 10 lakhs and 5.5% tax for more than 10 lakh sales and also he has to maintain the ledger. In every 3 months he has to file the return. So the paper work will be more. We gave all the information regarding this to Mr Vilas Gayke.

4.     Meeting with Agriculture officer

On day 4 of our visit District Agricultural Officer, Mr Jhambre made a surprise visit to Gram Panchayat. We took the advantage of this opportunity to discuss about the process of issuing soil health card, soil sampling procedure, soil testing, and water pond schemes.


5.     FSSAI licensing for banana chips and AKSHAY PAPAD


6.     FSSAI registration of Banana Chips cluster under MAVIM and Meeting with Miss Chaya Deepak Chavan

Met with Miss Chaya Deepak Chavan from Bharari Community Managed Resource Centre. The main objective is FSSAI registration of Tejaswini banana chips (Gathe village banana cluster).


7.     Meeting with SHGs( Mauli Mahila Bachat Gat & Prerna Mahila Bachat Gat)

We discussed about different types of training modules of RSETI and collected names of interested members for RSETI training like beauty parlour, tailoring etc


8.     Meeting with Mr Atul Ashok Bhoi

Mr Atul Ashok Bhoi is the RSETI trainee. We registered him for RSETI’s training module during our last visit and started his own poultry farm after 6 days of preliminary training in poultry farming.

He shared his own experience in starting a new venture and difficulties involved in scaling up. He has started poultry farming with 400 chicks. One cycle takes around 40 days to complete. A profit of Rs 20000 is generated in each cycle. 


9.     Meeting with AKCN Krishi Vigyan Mandal

They produce banana chips. So they want FSSAI registration for the same. We gave information about the documents required for FSSAI registration. 


10.  Meeting with Yuva Shakti group

We had a brief interaction with the leaders of Yuva Shakti Sangathan Mr. Yuvraj Patil regarding status of trainees whose name were sent to various extension and training agencies in Jalgaon district


11. Collected soil sample for soil testing: We collected soil sample from the farms of interested people who waants to get soil health cards.

12.  Visited banana chips cluster of Gathe Village

13.   Link-up with bharari community manage resource centre:
                There are 350 SHGs which are working under the guidance of Bharari community managed resource centre. Some of SHGs are making the products like nagli papad, black gram papad, spices,etc. so we linked our SHGs with them to increase the marketing chain. 
  4.  Registration Udyog Aadhaar Number

We did registration for udyog aadhaar number for above 2 entrepreneurs.
