DAY-6

Activities:

1.Contacted MITCON

MITCON is Maharashtra industrial and technical consultancy. We visited MITCON but it was closed. So we took appointment for meeting with experts of MITCON by contacting with them by phone.

2. Visited GRF

We arranged a introduction lecture for interested candidates ,from nearby villages as well,

about solar charkha and khadi production which included demonstration as well of the machinery from cotton to khadi cloth. The coordinator of GRF Mr Mahajan also gave detailed information about the cost and income generation by this busness.

   We also invited him for the training program which will scheduled on 29th in kurhe, panache and he also agreed to keep products of SHG like turmeric pickle, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, tea masala in GRF shops/outlets to help in marketing of SHG. 20 members of Yuvashakti group of our village and 25 ladies from adjacent Nashirabad village under Chaitanya SHG Fedaration were participated in that training program.

3. Meeting with Mr Chauhan, DCF, NIFTEM

We welcomed Mr Chauhan, DCF,NIFTEM by presenting a floral bouquet. We explained the activities one by one by a pictorial presentation up to day-5. For easy understanding we showed him the activities of VAP-8 by presentation. Then we explained the activities in details by presentation. Then we met with Mr pankaj ( from Yuvashakti group). Then we visited the papad and spices processing unit at vilas tongle’s resident and also demonstrated it to Mr Chauhan.

4. Distributed awards for MRS ANNAPURNA.

We had conducted the food preservation competition on 24/09/2015. We distributed the awards for Mrs Annapurna by Chauhan sir and awards for other participants also.

5. FSSAI Registration

obtained signature of all SHG members on resolution to start spices production. also talked mrs. Vaishali sabkale regarding selection of 25 members for advance skill development training.
